Camela Widad Kraemer is an accomplished touring songwriter, and has room to boast, having already added performances at several UK and US Festivals as notches to her bedpost. All the while, Camela maintains a humble and appreciated demeanor, often saturating intimate settings such as Coffeeshops and Songwriter Circles with her electrically-charged personality and gift of acoustic song. The last 10 years have seen Camela release a total of 4 albums, and 2010 marks the next step in her devoted journey to continuing the recording and performance of her breathtaking original material.

Incredible. The sound is unique, but somehow seems familiar, thus it is very comfortable and easy to listen to. Her voice is rich and full of heart, I love hearing it. Everyone should hear this CD, it will enrich your lives, make you smile, bring a tear to your eye.

Camela Widad has a stunning and soulful voice that always manages to lift me above my daily cares and troubles. Her songs are so inspiring and heartwarming, it's like groovy medicine for the soul ! I challenge anyone to try and keep themselves from singing along. It's impossible.

I have loved listening to Camela perform for many years. It has been amazing to see the change in her voice over the years. Listening to her first CD, 'Eve', was such a thrill for me. It was like you were at a party and every one was having a great time. 'Call to the Soul' has a little different sound. Not only the vocals but the music was a little more melo. 'Food for the Traveler', her, third CD has yet a different sound with the full band again. Each song tells a story. It is a more in-depth CD. Camela's music is "feel good" music.
